Constellation is for individuals and/or their families who are navigating a heart diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, or procedure. We offer a spacious 50-minute session with Dr Tim, a caring board-certified cardiologist skilled in simplifying medical complexities and navigating stressful times with clarity and curiosity.
